The applications are invited from the eligible candidates for following position as per the below mentioned criteria:

 

(1) Manager (Legal) : Apply Online
  1. The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Regular Grade GREO-06.
  2. The minimum existing CTC of Grade GREO-06 is Approx. Rs.11.5 Lacs per annum.
  3. The CTC is revised every four years and the next revision is due in 2018.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidate should possess Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Law from recognized institute / university.
  • Candidate should have post qualification experience of 7 to 10 years in the Legal Deptt.of Public / Private Company or a firm of advocates / solicitors/corporate legal advisor.
  • Candidate should possess good communication and managerial skill and he/she be fluent in English, Hindi and Gujrati. He/she should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS Office, Power point, MS Excel etc.
The candidate will be responsible for:

1) Effective and efficient handling of Litigation(s) matters, arbitration matters, coordination with advocates and other agencies/ institutions.
2) Drafting and Vetting of Agreements, Contracts, policy documents, Work Orders, Tenders, petitions, suits and other legal and/commercial documents/ instruments.
3) Give legal advice to various departments of the Company on various legal / commercial / contractual issues etc.
4) Effective and efficient compliance of Legal rules and regulations.
5) Liaisoning with government departments / authorities and other institutions / agencies.
6) All other ancillary function / duties of the Legal Department.

(2)Administrative Officer (Guest House) : Apply Online
  1. The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Contract for 11 Months.
  2. Salary : Commensurate with qualification & experience.
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Incumbent should possess Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management with first class (specialty in House Keeping) from reputed institute/University. He should have minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Administration and House Keeping of Corporate Guest House / Hotel. He should be capable of following :
1) He Should be able to supervise the day to day operation in terms of room allocation and maintain daily checklist for house keeping.
2) Should have knowledge of house keeping inventory management, staff training, maintaining the entire property including public area etc.
3) Should have effective written and verbal communication skill. Knowledge of computer and other office instruments is must.
4) Should possess good communication skill and fluent in English, Hindi and Gujrati.

Age : 35 years

 

 

(3)Personal Secretary (Manager’s level) to MD : Apply Online
  1. The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Contract.
  2. Salary : Commensurate with qualification & experience.
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Incumbent should have stenography speed 80-100 wpm and minimum 20 years of experience as Personal Secretary to Sr Executives. He should be Smart, Pleasing Personality, Well groomed, Self driven, Positive minded, Highly energetic, Self-starter and responsible person with good organisational & Co-operation skills. He should be capable of following :
1) Maintain daily organizer to assist MD for his appointments effectively.
2) Managing travel & booking arrangement as per travel plan for MD.
3) Require Effective written and verbal communication skill.
4) Co-ordination with functional heads to finalize necessary reports / MIS.
5) Proficient in writing business correspondence i.e. emails/letters/notes/reports with own initiative.
6) Record the meeting discussions and maintain the minutes and follow ups.
7) Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati and should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS Office.
8) Honed skills in handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth functioning of the organization.
9) Liaisoning with government departments / authorities and other institutions / agencies.
10) Maintaining utmost confidentiality.
11) Preparation of agenda for meeting in advance and arrangement of facilities for meeting.
12) Provide assistance / preparation of presentations for Board Meetings.
