Educational Qualification:
| Research Associate (AICTE) : | A. PhD/Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute with specialization in Education, Humanities, Social Science, or Business Management B. Proficiency in English, and Hindi. C. Proficiency in handling MS office. D. Excellent command over oral and written English and Hindi language E. Experience in carrying out qualitative data collection, transcription, and analysis F. Experience in carrying out questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis |
| Junior Officer – Communications | A. The incumbent should hold a Master’s degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communications & Journalism/ English language/ Rural Management with at least 55% marks in qualifying exams. B. Work experience in Public Relations and Communications is desirable. The incumbent should have excellent organizational skills, communication skills in English and Hindi – written and verbal – and good interpersonal skills. Skill in computerbased processing in MS Office, image, and video editing and, website management is desirable. |
